Shipping & delivery
We process and ship all orders within 1-3 days, with an average delivery time of 5-21 days. We will send you a multitude of emails throughout the progress of your order to keep you informed. We offer free shipping on all our products, whatever the value of your order.

The gift cards are offered in electronic form; choose the value you wish to receive a promotional code for that amount. Gift cards have no expiry date. To redeem your À vos trousses gift card, you must apply the code you received when you purchased your gift card on the confirmation email. Use this code when you arrive at the checkout to apply the reduction to the amount of your gift card.
Returns & exchanges
The quality of our items is one of our priorities, we do not tolerate our customers receiving their orders in an inappropriate condition. We offer free delivery throughout the store, so that all our customers can benefit. However, we do not cover return shipping costs.
